I am sure that it was apparent to most if not all that there were mixed feelings about July 1st this year.
Whether you are one of the people that spent Saturday celebrating 150 years of Canada’s confederation or treated it as a day of mourning the treatment of Indigenous people it was an important day on the land mass we call Canada.
How did you spend Saturday? Did you attend an event or stay at home or something completely different? Let us know in the comments below.

Hello
Hey ho. How are things after your peregrinations?
Also, my choice of the green t-shirt went boink — not enough orders, it won’t be made, said the email.
Is the shirt still available today, in (I suppose) the red on white colour?
Good thanks, still a little tired but the sunburn is slowly fading and I now know what peregrinations means
Sales ended on Friday, sorry. They would have decided after it closed. I had wondered why the sales went down by 1.
Apparently I am wrong and the shirts have been put back on sale, I did not know this.
But in all honesty I don’t know if we will make the 3 shirt minimum for a print run within this 1 week period, so far the has been 1 order for a white on dark shirt and there is only 2.5 days to go.
How many orders for the red on white?
None so far
Hold on, several people have ordered a shirt. I thought mainly red on white. I’m a little lost here.
The sale was only set to be open for a week but it was restarted while I was in London. This means that, while 10 of the Red on White were sold last week, none have been sold this week and we would have to sell another 3 this week for any of them to be printed. If I had known that the plan was to sell them again straight after the first sale I would have suggested set it for 2 or even the maximum 3 weeks.
Well, look, count me in as a “theoretical”, and let’s see if a couple more people manifest. Let’s flog this thing again.
Hello hello! I spent Saturday watching the CBC online and then fell into a Heritage minute You Tube hole. As it was close to 35 degrees outside, I didn’t really want to venture too far from the air conditioning.
@Janet, I was at the gate where the CBC decided to film the people waiting to get in but I must have been too ugly because I don’t think they used it.
good morning!
I ordered TWO red on whites.
@Russ, I wondered who that was, Thank You!
