Jaunt – Cue
When we spoke to Toronto-based experimental pop band Jaunt at the start of the year, they seemed poised for a big 2018. So far, so good: they played Exclaim! and Ticketfly’s Class of 2018 concert series in January, and now they’re set to release their second EP, Cue. The EP doesn’t drop until Friday (April 13), but you can enjoy it a few days early with our exclusive stream.(Exclaim!)

Hello
Gooooood day!
Good morning!
Just posted a little about Sigrid on the FB.
Arcade Fire in session on BBC 6 Music

The A.F. session is nicely available, recorded. It’s only about 15 minutes.
Thanks for the AF session.
Good listen. Memories of a great show this past fall. As well as a reminder of how much fun it was to see Preservation Jazz last summer!
hi morgana
hi garf
glad to see you are plotting your plans for the Neko Case show in Leeds.
I seem to remember Grant saying that Miss Case had wondered why female musicians don’t have groupies in the same way their male counterparts do, so I am thinking of applying for the job
Bit of a peculiar morning here; trying to navigate college/uni options/ideas for my teen and work back to make sure she is selecting the appropriate courses for gr 12 … but as most teens do she keeps changing her mind. Also my Dad is in the hospital so trying to figure out what is going on there as he is in a different town and does not have a cell. Some calming music would suite me fine now … suggestions?
so no fucked up or holy fuck then?

‘Tis true; men and woman are different sorts of fans.
Maybe that is why the Bronies cause discomfort for some.
Not really a musical reference there unless you count Miss Ball but you get what I mean.
I try to live and let live
Yay brass! Why aren’t any of the teens dancing? 😉
Thanks @garf
It was one of my favourite pieces during my childhood

Oh ya! Brubeck, nice choice @garfielduk. This may be up your alley then
The strange thing is that I wouldn’t class myself as a jazz music fan (don’t tell Jill Barber that) but I do like some of it (including the link you posted)
track 3 of that album reminded me of this

Glad you liked my friends album.
Funky K-os song. I have never watched the video so that was fun.
GTG for a spell. I’ll check back later to see what sort of trouble you have gotten into …
