Q1, Would you like to introduce yourself?
I’m Mike Evin, a piano player, singer and songwriter living in Toronto, Canada.
Q2, Are you a good cook?
I’m pretty decent as a cook, but there’s lots of untapped potential and room for improvement!
Q3, How would you rate your negotiating skills?
Negotiating skills = 6/10
Q4, What are your iritating habbits?
My most irritating habit (which I’ve had since I was a kid) is that I grind my teeth to make different rhythms
Q5, What was the last record you bought?
Last record I bought is a Dust To Digital compilation on vinyl of rare Moroccan traditional music that was originally released as 45’s in the 1960’s. Very groovy!
Q6, When were you last hungover?
Can’t remember when I was last hungover.
Q7, Who should take most credit for your success
Any success I’ve had up until now is a combo of my own hard work and the support of my mentors and champions.
Q8, And, most importantly, what is your favourite type of cookie?
Favourite type of cookie is double chocolate chip!
Dang! Chocolate chip cookies lead preferences by far!
Good morning!
Hello
I think they are the vanilla ice-cream of the cookie world
Yes, the go-to cookie of many.
I must admit, though, that the absolutely delicious c.c.c’s that my niece gave me for Xmas, and which were nicely over-generous with chips, behaved WONDERFULLY over the ensuing week or so: soft and sweet and chewy at first, halfways firmish some days later, then tending to crisp.
I like that about homemade cookies.
Hi guys.
I like that there is a few different questions in the random questions.
We are depressingly cold here in Regina again. I am so fed up with this cold weather!
Apparently we are having one of our warmest winters in years
UK weather: Britain set for the hottest February day on record as early buds bring the scent of spring

We in Ottawa are pretty fed-up with epic side streets. Right now, with successions of lots of snow, melt, freeze tight, melt again, etc., my street has got such bad ruts that cars and trucks are driving partly on the sidewalks, because they’re unrutted. Eight inch ruts are standard in the street.
Clearing the snow banks, which was done, didn’t improve the road: worsened it actually, because large machines leave 6 inches of loose, yet compressed snow. I’m not blaming the City though, they’ve been overcome.
Ugh…
We did have a warmer December/January but February has been brutal and it will be carry on into March it seems.
I hate those ruts. Try and drive on top of them and not slide in them. Trying to turn out of them is difficult too.
Coldest February in 80 years!
