Hey Our Basement,
“Marriage” is about the moments leading up to when you make the ultimate decision– to stay or leave. It’s about recognizing that it takes conscious work for any relationship to be fulfilling, no matter if it’s a job, a friendship, a hobby or a romantic partner.
The music video release for my new single features Toronto drag artist, BOA.
It’s a dark, glittery vignette about pursuing what you love and the moments that make it all worthwhile.
This song was hell to work on. The verses had been kicking around for years, but I could never finish. One night, after finishing “Drug Dealer,” Dan I sat down to start working on other ideas. He helped me transform “Marriage” into something that I’m really happy with.
The release of my Divorce EP will happen in the not-so-far-off future.
Talk soon!
