Hello
G’mornin’
Tegan and Sara are using guitars again?!?
Love that NP tune. They seem to manage to sound the same but different on every album
Good Morning
Good morning friends.
New music will be a nice accompanyment to todays chores. It rained all last night and is not very hospitable out there today either. My body says two days in a row of fall clean up in the yard is enough anyway. Really the labour timed out at about three hours over those two days but that is all I have. Glad to have spent the time outside when it was nice.
Yesterday I listened to a number of the recommended musicians that will be playing in Quebec City while I am there. I like Bernard Adamus and Kio Pelgag but then I decided to just look up artists that I love. I am beyond excited to now have tickets to see Elisapie!! The venue looks very quaint too; an old church.
Oh, and my kid reminded me that in Quebec she will be legal to go into bars so we can go to any venue!
saw your post about Donovan Woods yesterday. I saw him with his full band in March and it was great.
Tight as a drum
@krib I guess everyone is allowed an evening where they are off. It was disappointing because I was looking forward to the show. I am glad you had a good experience though!
Tegan and Sara’s album is songs they wrote as teenagers and reworked for 2019. I like the tracks I have heard so far. Definitely more like the Tegan and Sara sound I prefer.
Yay for new music!
I am excited for you morgana! How great you get to see Elisapie on your trip! And reunited with your daughter too. Fabulous!
It is starting to come together. It took a while to unwind the plans for Moncton but we are moving forward now. @B from O has shared some suggestions on some great places to visit too.
Yes, SUPER excited about Elicsapie!
Why does spell check insist on screwing up Elisapie’s name!!
Ha! I hate spell check some days.
I saw B from O’s suggestions. Good stuff!
