We currently live in a world that genuinely sucks a lot of the time, but instead of being jaded – how can you make it a better place for you and everyone else? These are the thoughts which informed my new song, “Nowhere,” a groovy and tight take on rock music.
Crossed the line on the road that’s going nowhere, where it goes?
I don’t know but I’m not leaving
This line depicts exactly where I was feeling about the direction of my life during the identity crisis that led to this track. It also captures how I feel about the world in general, given the political turmoil that we have been going through.
I wanted to capture that feeling of “I have no idea what’s going on but let’s figure this one out!” on “Nowhere,” depicting the energy in a dystopian world while recognizing that we are the energy which can create positive change.
