Hey Our Basement,
My new song – “Danger” – was inspired by a specific experience I had with a guy that I was seeing. It was that kind of situation where you just know it’s going to end, and it’s not going to end well. Everything just happens so fast, and you’re almost blinded by your emotions and feelings towards the person… but a little part of you all along was telling you to be careful.
This song is about getting over someone that I somehow knew would end up hurting me. I’m hoping that if you hear it, that it can give them that sense of closure if you’ve gone through a similar breakup.
There is a strength in knowing you overcame something that had the potential to consume you.

Good Morning
Hi Scott!
The sun is shining here this morning. It’s nice to see the sun. An advantage to working from home, I can look out a window.
Hey Dar, The tables are turned, you have sun and it’s snowing here.
Enjoy the sun shine
I will have to enjoy it today. It looks like possible flurries tomorrow and a couple of cloudy days after. It will be warmer on the weekend though. I should be able to get my sister out for another stroll around the neighbourhood.
I am sore from yesterdays yard work so having to lay low today. There is sun so I’m going to sit out there and read for a bit.
I watched Leaf Rapids on NAC today. That was very enjoyable despite the pixelation and glitches. Right now Pedro is spinning 45’s while wearing a cool canadiana T shirt. There are a number of other NAC shows I am looking forward to this week and Dan Mangan through Side Door on Saturday. Quite a schedule that is only possible because of the creative forces serving and flourishing through Covid 19!
@darbar so glad you have sun and especially happy that you will be able to enjoy a walk with Shannon! Big hugs.
@scott snow again! ug! stay cozy.
