Our Basement,
My first single of 2020 has that classic pop vibe, and good nostalgic energy.
I wrote “Lovin’ You” with Rykka and Arun Chaturvedi at a Songwriters Association of Canada camp. Produced by Arun, it went through several incarnations. This song reminds us of unconditional love. It’s full of positivity, and the supercharged feel-good vibes that spring/summer brings. It’s a jam for a car ride with the radio turned up, or a long run with your headphones on.
I hope this song changes your day for the better.

Morning Folks
Hiya Scott! 😀
Hi Dar,
How’s it going these days? Is Saskatchewan starting to open up?
Ontario is still in a state of emergency. looks like it will be extended to the end of June.
We are in phase 1 of reopening. Some services have opened. I am not in a rush to use them. We don’t have a lot of cases in Sask and I would like to keep it that way. I also am enjoying this work from home thing and hope to negotiate doing more of this as we move on.
Weather wise, it is warm and sunny but the blasted wind is very annoying!
I just did a curbside pickup at Home Depot. It worked very well. I pulled in and texted the order number and parking spot number and they brought the order out. I had opened the hatchback and they placed the order back there I closed it from the drivers seat and left.
I’ll leave the stuff in the back for a couple of days, just in case. On the weekend I’ll be able to use the parts.
The weather here is about 20°C with a sun cloud mix. there is a chance of thunderstorms later today. There is only a light breeze.
I have been doing my groceries by pick up. Order online, drive up and call them letting them know which stall. Works for me. Occasionally I will go in to the grocery store but avoid it as much as possible.
We need rain but we just keep getting this damn wind!
No more “Blowing In The Wind” it’s time to “Let It Rain”, or maybe “Purple Rain”, or possibly “It’s Raining Men”.
No it should definitely be “Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head”, definitely.
I hope I made you laugh. Have a good evening.
Haha!
